T.A.S. Auto Parts is committed to providing secure and wide ranging options for ordering products on-line as well as off-line.
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed with T.A.S. Auto Parts, regardless of the medium used to place the order.
T.A.S. Auto Parts is open from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, ET, Monday through Friday and 10 AM to 2 PM, ET, on Saturday.
T.A.S. Auto Parts is not open on Sundays and most major holidays.
T.A.S. Auto Parts does not guaranty the legality of any of its aftermarket products.
Always check your local ordinances before replacing an OEM part with an aftermarket part.
Neither T.A.S. Auto Parts nor its suppliers can be held liable for expenses incurred as a result of installing a part that is not street legal.
When Placing an Order: Please provide your first and last name, address, daytime phone number, credit card number, expiration date and part numbers so that we may process your order as quickly as possible.
All charges are quoted in U.S. Dollars. Prices and product offerings are subject to change without notice.
Connecticut orders are subject to 6% state sales tax.
Orders that contain items that are in stock will be shipped on the same day that the order is placed, provided that the order is received by 2pm EST, Monday through Friday.
On-line Orders: On-line orders are processed at 8am and 2pm EST, Monday through Friday and 8am on Saturday.
Please keep this in mind when ordering on-line.
We will make every effort to ship your order on the same day unless a part is not in stock.

Credit Card Orders: All credit card orders over $200.00 must be shipped to an address authorized by the bank that issued the credit card.
To authorize an address, call the phone number listed on the back of your credit card.
T.A.S. Auto Parts will not ship any order over $200.00 to an unauthorized address.
Cash On Delivery (COD) Orders: All COD orders will be charged an additional $9.00 fee.
All COD orders must be paid with a certified check or money order.
UPS will not accept cash for any COD.
Personal checks will not be accepted.
Customers will be responsible for shipping charges on COD shipments that are refused or unclaimed.
T.A.S. Auto Parts will not ship any order until all unpaid balances are paid in full.
COD orders cannot be sent overnight.
Mail Orders: Mail orders paid for with a personal check will be held for two weeks or until the check clears.
Please be sure to fill in your order blank completely so that we may process your order as quickly as possible.

International Orders: All international orders must be prepaid by credit card, certified check/money order or PayPal (orders@tasauto.com) in U.S. Dollars.
International COD's will not be accepted.

email us for shipping rates to destinations outside of the U.S.
T.A.S. Auto Parts ships with several different carriers in order to meet your shipping needs.
Customers are responsible for any and all importing duties and/or fees.
Shipping is dependent upon parts being in-stock.
The shipping rate table provided in our printed catalog serves only as a general guide for calculating shipping rates.
Exact shipping rates are calculated by weight, size and destination at the time of shipping.
Please
email us for exact shipping charges and rates for destinations outside of the continental U.S. Customers will be responsible for shipping charges on shipments that are refused or unclaimed.
T.A.S. Auto Parts will not ship any order until all unpaid balances are paid in full.
Unless otherwise specified, all domestic orders are shipped via UPS Ground Service or U.S. Priority Mail.
T.A.S. Auto Parts reserves the right to change the shipping method of any package in order to deliver orders as quickly and inexpensively as possible.
Customers will not be charged additional fees for any unrequested change in shipping method.
Overnight and rush delivery is available, please call for rates and details.
UPS Next Day Saturday delivery is available for an additional $14.00 charge (Sorry, No COD's).
Please open the box immediately.
Any damage or discrepancy must be reported to us within 10 days of receipt.
Claims reported more than 10 days after delivery will not be acknowledged.
T.A.S. Auto Parts does its best to provide same day shipping.
Occasionally, a popular part may not be ready for immediate delivery.
Should this occur, parts will be back ordered and shipped as soon as possible.
Your patience is greatly appreciated and we regret any inconvenience this may cause.

If you need to return a part(s), please
email us or call 800-819-3109 to obtain a return authorization number.
This number MUST be clearly marked on the outside of the package being returned.
Packages without a return authorization number will be refused.
Returns MUST be received within 30 days of the original date you received the merchandise.
Returns must also include a copy of the original invoice and a detailed note describing the reason for return.
All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Our web servers collect the domain names, not the e-mail addresses, of visitors.
Our web servers may also seek to place a “cookie” (a small data file) on your computer’s hard drive.
These cookies will not contain any information that personally identifies you (such as your name or e-mail address) but they will contain a randomly generated number that is unique to your browser, and may also contain visitor preferences or session information, such as items added to a shopping cart.

These companies – our vendors – are contractually bound to use personal information we share with them only to perform the service we have hired them to provide.
We do not share, sell, or lease personal information about you to any third-parties for their marketing use.
We do not partner with or have special relationships with any Ad Server companies.
We will release information about you if you direct us to do so, if we are required by law to do so, or in other legally limited circumstances (for example, to protect your account from fraud).
We maintain strict physical, electronic, and administrative safeguards to protect your personal information from unauthorized or inappropriate access.
We restrict access to information about you to those employees who need to know the information to process your inquiry or request.

Some products may require an additional refundable core charge because they are either reconditioned or remanufactured.
Core charges will automatically be added to the original order and refunded upon return of your old part, provided that it is in rebuildable and complete condition.
